Part I: Terms of Use & Content Release

These Terms of Use and Content Release Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of the USDSC URAC app (the “App”), operated by US Digital Sciences Corporation (“USDSC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & User Content

You must be at least 18 years old to submit content. You may upload images (“User Content”), which are subject to administrator review and approval before being published. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate the rights of others.

2. Content Release & License

By submitting User Content, you grant USDSC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly display your content in any format (social media, websites, advertising, and marketing).

Sublicensing: We may sublicense these rights to affiliates and partners.
Marketing Use: Your content may be used in promotional materials without further notice or compensation.

3. Prohibited Uses & Ownership

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you agree not to upload illegal, obscene, or harmful material, or anything that infringes on privacy or intellectual property.

4. Removal Requests & Termination

To request that USDSC stops using your content in future marketing, contact info@usa-digital.com. We will make reasonable efforts to remove it from future campaigns. We reserve the right to terminate access to the App at our discretion.

Part II: Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 4, 2025

1. Information We Collect

User-Submitted Images: Photos shared via the App.
Account Information: Name, email, and username.
Device Data: IP address, device type, and operating system.
Communication Data: Feedback and support requests.

2. How We Use and Share Information

We use your data to facilitate image sharing, enable administrator reviews, and publish approved images to our “photo bucket” for marketing purposes.

Public Sharing: Approved images may be shared on USDSC social media and websites.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose info if required by law.

3. Data Security & Retention

We use administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data. We retain data for as long as needed for marketing or legal requirements. While we strive for absolute security, we cannot guarantee the complete safety of data transmitted online.

4. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us for immediate deletion.
