Step 2: Determine Your Hardware
We use your service tag or serial number to confirm hardware compatibility. This information allows us to identify the specific drivers needed to make your computer run properly and communicate with your peripherals (printers, routers, wireless mice/keyboards).
Step 3: Cleaning & Formatting
We reinstall your OS, removing all registry errors, viruses, and threats. Once the OS is verified, we install the compatible drivers required for your specific hardware.
Step 4: Data Restoration
We transfer your saved files back onto your computer. As a final test, we check the functionality and speed of your machine to ensure it is in tip-top shape.
